More information about Sleepers & Boards
What are wooden garden sleepers used for?
Garden sleepers are rectangular strips of sawn timber that were traditionally used as railway sleepers to support railway tracks, but are now often used as a material in outdoor landscaping projects. Our range of wooden sleepers are ideal to use in a variety of projects for your customer, such as creating raised beds and planters, levelling the ground, building decorative steps or a sleeper fence, or as edging to create a boundary around paths and sections in the garden.
What timber sleepers do we have available?
All our sleepers for gardens are treated to make them more durable and long-lasting, making them perfect for use in your customer’s outdoor space as they’re protected against the elements.
