This 5ltr Hippo PVA Adhesive, Primer & Sealer is a highly versatile, multi-purpose bonding agent, primer, sealer, cement and plaster admixture that adheres to most common building materials including wood, cork, paper and textiles where at least one surface is porous. This adhesive, primer and sealer works especially well with plastering materials and can be diluted with water.
