If it’s under 30kg and it fits in a standard size box or a bag, we can deliver it straight to your door! Just look out for the Next Day Delivery icon which indicates the product is available to buy online.

Yes! Simply specify the delivery address on the address page of the Checkout.

If you’ve downloaded the Parcelforce App & confirmed your pre-defined delivery preferences Parcelforce can deliver to a different address than stated on your order. Otherwise Parcelforce will leave a card for you to arrange an alternative time for your order to be delivered.

You can cancel your order for a full refund up until the order has been dispatched. To cancel your order, email [email protected], referencing your order number. If you decide you don’t want your order after it’s been dispatched, you’ll first need to wait for it to be delivered to you. After this you’ll need to follow our returns process.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email containing your order details, consignment number, carrier info, and estimated delivery time and date shortly after you submit your order.
