K Rend HP12 Basecoat Render 25kg

HP12 Base Coat Render from K Rend is a high-performance basecoat render that uses High Polymer technology to create a cost-effective, high-quality scratch coat with enhanced performance particularly on difficult substrates such as render carrier boards, dense blocks, unpainted render and brickwork.

Ideal as a stipple coat or for dense backgrounds, K Rend HP12 Base Coat has increased water resistance and better adhesion. This render basecoat can easily be applied by hand or by spray and is very easy to mix and apply with just a 5 minute mixing time. HP12 Base Coat can be used in conjunction with all K Rend finishes including Scraped Texture, Thin Coat, Dash, Roughcast and Brick Rend.
