Roof Vents
More information about Roof Vents
When it comes to roof vents, we have a few options available to ensure your latest roofing project has the best ventilation possible whilst still being inconspicuous and stylish. Providing the correct ventilation for your roof can increase the airflow and reduce condensation in your loft or attic spaces, as well as preventing any structural timber from rotting.
What types of roof vents do we have available?
Tile Vent
Roof tile vents are an excellent choice if you want the vent to blend a little more seamlessly into existing roof tiles. Our tile ventilators are very easy to install and can be used with extractor fans and as soil vent pipe terminals.
Over Fascia Vent
Over fascia vents are suitable for both new and refurbished roof projects and are used when fascia boards are fitted at the ends of roof rafters. Our over fascia vents are designed to be discreet while allowing air flow into the roof space.
Slate Vent
Roof slate vents are similar to roof tile vents in that they are designed to fit seamlessly in with slate roof tiles, so they do not disrupt the uniform design of the roof. Slate roof vents have a smooth, flat, lightweight design and help to ventilate the roof space.
Soffit Vent
Soffit vents are available in both rounded or strip designs, and help to promote airflow in the roof space and prevent condensation, while blending discreetly with the soffit.
