A Smart Security Clear Glazed Left-Hung uPVC Window 1190 x 1040mm pre-fitted with a Kubu Smart Security Sensor. This three pane, double glazed window is left-hand hung and also has a top opening window. It features Kubu smart technology, enabling homeowners to monitor their windows via a smartphone app.
Kubu Smart Security Sensors are an intelligent alerting system offering real-time security alerts to a phone even when it is in ‘do not disturb’ mode. It allows homeowners to see when their window is locked, unlocked, open, closed or under attack. Kubu smart security sensors seamlessly integrate with the window locking system without changing the aesthetic of the window. This smart uPVC window features a trickle vent system to allow fresh air to ventilate the room even when the casement window is locked, a 150mm deep x 30mm high sill and egress hinges with a wide opening angle. For installation, this uPVC window requires a 1200mm wide x 1050mm high brickwork opening.
