Zinsser 3-in-1 Wallpaper Cover-up is an all-in-one primer, sealer and stain blocker. It easily hides wallpaper print with a smooth, off-white matt finish and covers stains left behind by smoke and damp residue. Zinsser Wallpaper Cover-up can be used under any coloured emulsion.
