A FAKRO White uPVC PreSelect Top Hung Roof Window (PPP-V) 780 x 1180mm ideal for humid rooms, such as kitchens, bathrooms and utilities. This roof window has a V35 air inlet to provide optimum airflow into the room and two opening functions. It has an outward opening function, which can be opened in any position from 0° to 35°, and a pivot function allowing the window to be rotated to 180° for safe, easy cleaning. The opening method can be changed using the PreSelect sliding switch in the middle of the frame. It has a multi-chamber white PVC profile with a reinforced steel core, which is durable and resistant to corrosion. FAKRO Top Hung Roof Windows have an anti-burglary TopSafe system, which prevents the sash from being forced open. This roof window has a U-value of 1.3W/m²K.
