FAKRO skylights and roof windows are 99% recyclable, made from the highest quality materials. Crafted from slow-grown and ethically sourced redwood timber, their wooden roof windows have a close grain finish and no visible knots. They’re also coated in an eco-friendly lacquer, or there’s solid uPVC roof windows too. Specially designed for easy installation and functionality, FAKRO windows have a universal bracket fixing system with L-shaped brackets that can be fitted to either the battens or rafters depending on your customer’s preference. Plus, the windows have the handle at the bottom, meaning the window can be installed higher while still in reach of being opened.
As well as providing a high spread of natural daylight and reducing the need for home lights during the day, FAKRO roof lights have a V40P automatic air ventilation feature which provides the room with fresh air even when the window is closed. These roof windows have a weathertight seal and an efficient draining system that prevents water from getting into the timber or inside the home and provides exceptional thermal insulation.
