Red Label 1700 Grade Lining Wallpaper is an easy to hang, traditional lining paper. It protects and prepares older and damaged plaster ready for painting or hanging decorative wallpaper. This lining paper will effectively cover and smooth damaged and crumbling plaster, as well as disguising larger cracks and holes.
