Looking for a builders’ merchant in Manchester?
Looking for building supplies in Manchester? Selco Ardwick is open 7 days a week, offering stacks of stock for every trade at great prices. For trade and business only, and located just off Hyde Road, behind the Apollo Theatre, our Ardwick branch is just a few miles from Manchester city centre. The branch can be easily reached from other towns in the local area, including Stockport, Hyde and Levenshulme, so tradespeople from all around can access all the building materials and timber supplies you’d expect from your local builders’ merchants in Manchester.
You’ll find thousands of products lining our shelves at Selco Ardwick – plus, if you’re looking for a timber merchant in Manchester, we’ve got a large timber yard too. From plywood and other sheet materials, paving and fencing, to electrical supplies, insulation and plumbing and heating supplies - we’ve got it at Selco! We even have a range of self-assembly fitted kitchens on display in our kitchen showroom.
We’re here to make your job easier, which is why we offer a range of in-branch trade services. Our friendly team are always on hand to help with sheet material cutting, timber cutting, free brick matching and free paint mixing. We’ve also got a free kitchen design service. There’s even an in-branch café, so you can fuel up throughout the day.
Can’t make it into branch? We offer a free Click & Collect service so you can pick up your building materials at a time that suits you, as well as a free bulky delivery service covering the surrounding areas.
Local news for Selco Ardwick
This year we’re sponsoring Cancer Research UK as our chosen charity. A couple of us shaved our heads to raise money for the great cause. We’re even participating in an in branch-cycling event later this year!
In May 2024 we donated some materials to support Fallowfield Secret Garden, a community garden in the local area.
